The Roberts Passive House earned recognition in the 2020 PHIUS Passive House Projects Competition, winning an Honorable Mention in the Single Family Residential category. Hugh Lofting provided full construction management and timber framing for the project – the first Certified Passive House in Burlington County, New Jersey.
