Kennett Square LEED

The Kennett Square LEED House, named because it was the first LEED for Homes Silver Certified house in Chester County, Pa., has been featured in two publications.

Philadelphia Inquirer Staff Writer Art Carey described the home in the June 2011 article “Old-style timber framing is a solid energy-saving hit.”

County Lines magazine author Matt Freeman featured the house in the February 2009 Fine Home & Design issue in the article “Green is Beautiful.”
